To keep our online program running smoothly, please agree to all of these policies:

I understand that after signing up, I will receive access to the member area and facebook group and all the ways I can communicate with the teacher.

I understand that classes are 45 minutes long and that my child will be assigned to a class based on their ability level.

I understand that after registering, I will sign up for a subscription to pay for my child’s tuition automatically each month. Tuition is due before attending classes. I also understand that tuition fees will not be refunded and that I can cancel at any time.

I understand that I will need to log my child into the Google Meet room for each class session, but I do not need to stay during class time. However, I understand that SIGN Preschool is not a babysitter. If my child is misbehaving during online preschool, the teacher will talk to me about finding a solution to help my child not misbehave.

I understand that after I sign up, I will join a free private Facebook group where ALL communications will be held. I understand that joining the free private Facebook group is required.

Lastly, after I register and sign up for online preschool, I understand that it may take SIGN Preschool up to 48 hours to offer instructions on how to access the classrooms because they are assigning my child to a class.
